Unlike many online programs, we integrate both speed and multidirectional movement training to meet the demands of sport, all in one comprehensive system.

Strength: Percentage-based lifts paired with targeted supplemental exercises to develop maximal strength. ​ ​Power: Explosive training focused on ground force production and high-velocity output, aligned with specific performance goals.

Our comprehensive approach to core training goes far beyond planks and med ball twists. By targeting all layers of the trunk through multi-dimensional movements, we build a resilient, high-performing core like you've never experienced before.

MOBILITY

We emphasize mobility and preparatory routines to build a strong movement foundation. By focusing on joint function and dynamic flow, we consistently achieve standout results through correct and consistent application.

We've take the exact principles that help elite athletes gain the edge - and tailor them to help you maximize your performance this off-season. Our High School Elite Program focuses on five pillars of athletic success: strength, speed, agility, power, and force production. But what sets this program apart is our integrated approach. You'll also gain access to our signature mobility protocols and advanced core training systems - specifically designed to improve movement quality and transfer to the field of play. Train smart.   • Who is this program intended for?
    This program is specifically designed for High School athletes who want to take their game to the next level using the same principles and techniques we use with our professional athletes!
  • How many training days per week? How long is the program in total?
    The whole program is 8 weeks long. 4 days a week (3-Full Body Days, 1- speed, agility & conditioning) + bonus supplemental sessions
  • How long should it take me to finish each workout?
    This depends on the intent of the day, on average 60 minutes.
  • What if I have to make modifications?
    Don't have a piece of equipment or have an acute injury? Our system makes it easy for you to substitute exercises where you need to. All you have to do is enter the abbreviation (ie C-S aka Core-Sagital) and all the replacement options will be listed in our robust exercise library.
  • What if I miss a day or need to transfer a training day to alternate day?
    We understand life gets in the way, so we let you have the control to move your days around in order to accommodate your schedule.

  • What does the program cost?
    The 8-week program is $299, thats a total of 32+ total sessions. Less than $10 per session.
