MOBILITY & TRAINING PREP
Athletes provided daily mobility plan to perform on days not at gym.
Address 6 most common mobility limitations.
Initial Prep: Mobility and stability focus.
Secondary Prep: Dynamic movement.
CORE TRAINING
3-planes of motion with most rotational exercises placing athlete in position to utilize ground force.
Varying angles, resistance, and velocities.
Intent shifts between stability, strength, or power based on specific training phase.


STRENGTH TRAINING
Establish strong fundamental and athletic foundation.
Gradually progress intensity and specificity.
All sets and reps performed require athletes to always be athletic and always control the weight.
SPEED & POWER TRAINING
Exercises with specific performance purpose, prioritizing ground force and high velocities.
Gradually progress complexity or intensity.
